The OKI WT digital transfer is printed with the latest OKI printer model (9541WT).The OKI WT digital transfer is printed with the latest OKI printer model (9541WT). This printer enables the simultaneous printing of 5 CMYK + WT colors (white). This enables a high saturation of the printed colors and deep blacks, also the selective or complete printing of colors with white toner. That makes the colors more vivid. The sheets are printed in A3 format (329 mm x 483 mm) with a resolution of 1200 dpi, which results in a photo-realistic quality of the prints. This technology enables the illustration of both complicated and simple patterns without the need for an apla (a border in the color of the material). The recommended thickness of the smallest element that can be printed is at least 0.3 mm.

Printing requires two-component films, with the first sheet being used for printing full color prints with the option of using white toner. The second sheet is a special type of adhesive that selectively adheres only to the elements printed with toner on the first sheet in the process of thermally bonding both sheets. After the two sheets have been thermally bonded and the adhesive layer has been transferred, the prints are ready for use.

This type of thermal compound does not require additional refinement of digital prints, e.g. screen printing, which eliminates the use of expensive screen printing matrices. The prints do not require any further processing with cutters and subsequent selection of unnecessary foils, so that the prints arrive ready for you to use. For the correct processing of the submitted graphics, we use special RIP software in order to achieve the highest quality of the prints and thus the final heat transfers. For large projects, we recommend rasterizing the prints. This means that the print looks perforated. If you can increase the amount of air, the pressure feels more sensitive and increases wash resistance.
